What does membership look like?

Getting Started

Reach out using the form at the bottom of this page and we will get right back to you. Or Call us at (941) 404-8601 for an appointment.

Onboarding

In our first meeting we will spend almost an hour getting to know you, your IT products (Phone, PC, Printer, Laptop etc.) and we will listen to your needs, your issues and your struggles with IT. We will also review your subscriptions and services that you are already paying for and make recommendations for the products you already own.

Then we create a plan and ask you to sign off on the plan to make sure our priorities are aligned. After that we'll start with your top issues and help you with them!

On Site Visits

During onboarding we will schedule another onsite visit. In the follow up we will continue to work through any issues that you have or address new issues that have come up. We will teach and assist as you wish - our time with you is meant to help you.

Issues/Questions

Between visits, members are welcome to call with questions or issues. Pick up your phone and give us a call. We'll do our best to help you remotely or schedule an onsite visit to help you in your home.

Additional Services

If you have needs that are not met with the Core Services Plan, you can sign up for additional services. We can help with Back Up Plans, Photo Library, TV and Entertainment System Support, and Smart Home Integration, Absentee Support (Snowbirds or AirBnB) . Because of the time consuming nature of these services we do have some additional charges that apply.

No Commitment - Stop Anytime

There are no long contracts or conditions. If you find you are not using your membership, you can end at anytime - no penalties. Just need to provide notice 5 days prior to processing the monthly payment.
